Until this team figures out how to develop the endless stream of dominant relievers that everyone else has, it is going to continue to be a struggle. 

Say what you will about Jed's Major League roster flubs, the farm system is a disaster and that's just as big of a problem.

I was gonna say take away the runs off position players but that still leaves them at +12. But when all of your high leverage relievers suck you're gonna lose close games.
