  1. I'm still chuckling at Seiya jokingly continuing to push Ramirez in the back even after the scrum around the plate was ending
  2. This is going to be the first 2 game losing streak they've had in over a month
  3. Kepley 3/4 with a homer. Off to quite the start at AA
  4. Was going to say something similar. Such a unique swing/skillset to still be able to hit the ball over the fence without hitting it that hard
  5. It's a good question. I hadn't spent much time at all recently thinking about catching the Brewers, but with the quality of the pitchers added for 2026, getting through the Dodgers series 3-0, and 7 games left with the Brewers, I'm back to thinking it's an actual possibility. The Dbacks would be an ideal matchup, but I think I'm a 'let it play out' vote.
  6. Holmes was still on the 60 day IL as of yesterday, so I'd imagine Garrett will get sent down to accommodate him. Also is it a hot take to say I'd keep Thielbar over Milner?
  7. This ballpark probably doesn't yield many 96 mph exit velo homeruns
  8. This feels like his golden sombrero game before OPSing like 1.300 for 2 weeks.
  9. Tuesday Night Proved why the Brewers were Smart not to Trade the Farm for Skubal tomorrow's nsbb front page
  10. To be honest, I thought this was the year Assad was going to put up a 5.75 ERA. But maybe he really is, somehow, good.
  11. Honestly, the thing that annoys me the most is that a horsefeathers 27 year old is only rated this high for one organization.
  12. Cubs Show Their True Colors in Wednesday Night Loss to the Cardinals /nsbb front page news
  13. Unless Busch can improve his wRC+ by one point in the next week, Jed should sell.
  14. It is dangerously hot there, so I get it. But I turned on the Reds v Cards game in the 10th right when there was a wide shot, and I legitimately wondered if something happened in St Louis today that caused them not to allow fans in the ballpark. Again, I wouldn't want to be there either
  15. Sliding into home on an outfield throw is tough because the plate is borderline underground but you also don't want to dislocate your shoulder sliding into a shinguard. I kinda think Happ was out by the letter of the law but I appreciate the logic of calling him safe. Replay drives me crazy on some of these slides.
  16. Does Sut spend all day in the manager's office, or does he just talk about every conversation he had in there on air
  17. PCA is gonna head into the All Star break (hopefully he doesn't have to bat again) with a .386 OBP. A legitimate 'best hitter on a good team' 1st half performance. Plus all the other stuff he does, obviously.
  18. I was half way expecting MLB network to do a Charles Johnson comp for Lackey.
  19. That was a weird one. I'm thinking Wolf just used the wrong phrasing by saying "fan interference". Maybe just meant it literally bounced off the fan's finger but he didn't reach onto the field of play?
