so annoyed nico got that xbh in the 9th. zero xbh for the series would have better emphasized how pathetic they were.
-
only reason we know PCA sucked in the playoffs is because PCA dragged them into the playoffs. these horsefeathers losers would have a been a 79 win without him.
-
not swanson’s best game
-
bogaerts has been complete dog horsefeathers for three seasons and he’s out here hitting nothing but rockets this series
-
i’m calling for some wild horsefeathers like a game tying ph 3-run 9th inning homer by Ramirez off miller and then the cubs losing in B9 on a walk, wild pitch, bloop single.
-
ah good, one more inside out/head bob 261 foot fly out to RF from nico for the road
-
as we watch the padres march out their army of absurd relievers, remember that hoyer gave thielbar, harvey and maton a combined $15 mil to put up like -1.0 WAR. of all his fireable offenses, that one is right up there.
-
palencia razor sharp baby
-
their 4th best reliever came in in the 4th inning and was untouchable. our best reliever came in in the 4th inning and gave up a 600 foot hr.
-
counting on 16 year old looking matt shaw to play a corner OF position next season is laughable
-
that’s some man vs boy horsefeathers right there
-
can’t believe padres didn’t go to the bullpen of doom before the nico ab
-
then he should fire the guy that built the team that lost the division by 13 games to a team with half its payroll.
-
imagine how much better the cubs would be if busch (and nico) didn’t fall off a cliff
-
I think it’s pretty clear ricketts could not care less about winning the division
