  1. Any man who would lick the boots of another man who insulted both his wife and father deserves nothing more.
  2. I'm not surprised. Ben Johnson and others have been heaping huge amounts of praise on Swift and saying how amazing he looks after learning the ins and out of the system in full detail over the offseason.
  3. I'd be real surprised. Usually the AFL is for older underperformers or prospects who missed significant parts of the season with injuries
  4. That was a beating. The Rams just got absolutely gut stomped.
  5. They went 11-6 and had a positive point differential despite the defense giving up the 4th most yards per game and 10th most points per game. Imagine what Caleb could do with the Patriot defense which gave up the 8th fewest yards per game and 4th fewest points per game.
  6. Yes, but again, it was against a historically weak SOS. Patriot opponents combined for a .391 winning percentage in 2025, that was the 3rd easiest schedule in the NFL over the last 50 seasons.
  7. It's true, apparently completion percentage is all that matters. It doesn't matter if they're all 5 yard check downs. Completion percentage is everything.
  8. Almost half way to Caleb's 2025 INT total after 1 game
  9. Am I alone in just not being impressed with Drake Maye?
  10. This game really lacks any excitement as a season opener.
  11. People use the horsefeathers thing that he hits so many solo homeruns completely ignoring that he's the horsefeathers leadoff hitter, of course he hits solo homeruns.
  12. horsefeathers it, Bring up Steele, Cabrera and Miller tonight. They can't be any worse.
  13. Jed should be gone the second the season ends. To put together the literal worst pitching in baseball with the resources he has is completely unacceptable.
  14. How Jed couldn't find one horsefeathers good reliever is absolutely baffling.
  15. How is it possible for every single reliever to be this horsefeathers bad.
  16. This matchup is about as lopsided as they come. Peterson is just bad and he's facing the guy who is a top 2 Cy Young contender if not the favorite.
  17. and yet there are people, paid baseball people, who still believe Ohtani is the MVP.
  18. People in the future are going to look at this team and wonder how the hell they had a 10+ fWAR PCA and barely snuck into the playoffs.
  19. Seeing an oddly large amount of articles that think the Bears are going to be making a significant trade for an edge/Dlinemen in the near future. I have extreme doubts, but I've seen like 4 or 5 in the last 2 or 3 days.
  20. During these interviews I swear I forget Payton is even there. It's Haugh and the interviewee going back and forth then a small interjection by Payton and right back to the other two.
  21. You know they're asking that income question and how many tickets did you buy question just so that anyone with low income and or those who didn't buy tickets in 2025 can basically be automatically thrown out.
  22. Kind of amazing that the Cubs are dead last in the majors for pitching fWAR. Ben Brown, who hasn't pitched in how many months now, is double the fWAR of the 2nd highest pitcher Shota who is 1.0. This is just a remarkably bad group of pitchers and thank god for Clay Holmes and to a lesser extent Kevin Gausman.
