  1. Just listened to Bryson Graham interview and he justified yesterday by saying that basically they weren't interested in any of the players who were available to them. So with the #38th pick they tried to turn it into other assets/future picks and with #56 they valued the roster flexibility regarding undrafted players and free agents more than they valued any player that was available.
  2. It's not even about Mathis who I'm pretty much neutral on. It's giving up an asset for a guy who has been a dumpster fire. You could have found one of those on waivers for free.
  3. Giving up anyone of value for half a season of Peterson is a loss.
  4. Meanwhile one of their own 2nd round picks just signed a 110+million dollar deal. Good thing they didn't roll the dice on that again. Poor billionaire barely getting by needed some cash.
  5. We are bordering on historical levels of SP injuries right? I mean every damn pitcher other than Shota has hit the IL at least once. Realistically your top 5 arms in Steele/Horton/Boyd/Brown/Cabrera are all injured. Assad was injured, Wicks was injured, etc. etc.
  6. Austin Reeves just got 4/185, I see no issues at all with Ayo on a 5/112 deal.
  7. It's not even that his shooting is all that bad, it's just incredibly slow. He hits his open shots, but he's going to have to drastically speed up his release in the NBA.
  8. I just don't see where the shooting on this team is going to come from. Improved on defense, on the boards and In the paint, but damn are they going to be bad behind the arc.
  9. The positives. He's a good FT shooter and he's a good mid range shooter and slasher. He's a high effort guy who should play good defense and get some rebounds. The downside, between him and Caleb and the rest of the roster, they are in desperate need of a sharp shooter.
  10. Well if nothing else, the team will be greatly improved on defense.
  11. I mean yeah, according to espn it's a reach, but a lot of other places had him in the 15-18 range, so I'm not sure it's that much of a reach. You've just got a lot of bust potential on this one.
  12. Well they went upside at least. That's something.
  13. horsefeathers the Thunder, seriously they get Mara at #12.
  14. Wow Morez Johnson went early
