That is what I thought was the issue with yesterday. Cubs didn’t know Bellinger was going to be out until afternoon. I think he will play, because he has to play.

Looked ro me like if he had caught it he would of just popped up and gunned it to first but because it got by him a bit Madrigal got a couple extra steps towards first before realizing and turned back.

I really think some serious thought should be given to shipping Canario out for Cassie, the rash of injuries certainly justifies such a move.

Prior to today, his Z-contact% by week hadn't changed by more than 2% in any given week(thur-wed), so doesn't look like it.
