Getting completely destroyed by a 17 win Pacer team

I mean theres no talent left on the team and this is, good, even though they have little chance of getting a good pick anyway. Not sure why you even bother checking.

The funny thing is all these embarrassing performances and they’re still gonna have the 9th best lottery odds. What a disastrously run franchise.

AKME has been fired, it's about time!

Billy Donovan not going to North Carolina... Are they letting him pick the new GM/VP?

Biggest win of the year for the Bulls.

How the Bulls managed to finally get rid of GarPax and then manage to hire a new FO that is somehow indisputably worse and keep them in power for as long as they did is just amazing.

I'm hoping this is not the best thing that happens to one of my teams today, but this is pretty damn great.  Please don't screw up this hire, I'm begging you.  Make me want to care about the Bulls again.

Maybe Reinsdorf saw what the Sky front office did today and realized he somehow didn't have the worst front office in Chicago sports and is now looking to reclaim that title.

Unfortunately I dont think this solves the Bulls biggest issue

I look at the Bulls kind of like the Bears.  Ownership is pretty clueless about the sport but they seem to acknowledge that.  I also think they're willing to spend money and want to be good.  They just don't know how to hire the right people, which is a huge problem.

The Bears got the right people because they landed the #1 pick and have a star QB.  They're going to have possibly two top-15 picks in this draft and ~$65 million in cap space.  A good GM could turn this around quickly.  Will they be able to find one?

Hey, they have like 30 second round picks in the next few years. That's 30 lottery tickets, they can't possibly lose!

the bulls sure are leaking to anyone that will listen that the want to keep billy

which is great if you want to drive down the cost of your new front office by taking an important hire off the table

Who’s the next incompetent yes man general manager Jerry Jr will hire and keep employed for 6 seasons too long? I’ll bet whoever it is will hire Doc Rivers. He’ll be desperate enough and will deliver the Bulls to the promise land which is winning the bubble tournament only to be bounced in 5 by the 1 seed.

Is there a single player on the roster worth keeping around, or should we expect to see even further tear down on this rebuild?

I forgot about those two. They weren't in the starting line up the other day and I thought the starting line up looked like ass.

What about last years' 1st rounder?  Given he was picked by the former front office there's an excellent chance he's a bust.  However, he was injured basically missing the whole season, he's probably worth a look to see what may be there.

Scratch this, after a little research, I'd say he's not worth a look, best to let him go.

That was a really stupid pick. The guy is built like Kevin Durant before he hit a growth spurt.
