I think it starts with making bats heavier. So pitchers won't have to "work" as hard to get outs. But they would still over pitch unless they were limited in some way. Since all baseball equipment rule changes allows grandfather rules, it may take some years to implement.
I was in our pool all afternoon listening to the game on the radio....absolutely a game we had no business winning....I almost drowned myself 4 times in the bottom of the 10th. Beer in the pool tastes better
In 2021, Red Wings take a goalie with 14th pick, develop him for 5 yrs. He becomes a top goalie prosect. The Wings trade him for the 23rd pick of 2026 draft, a player who will take 3 yrs minimum to reach the NHL......it makes no sense!!
Obviously being desperate put the Cubs in a bad spot.....in that context I dont mind this trade. Mostly because Mathis is meh and I dont think he would be that important of a piece to land a more substantial pitcher
I like the Hawks getting Byram. But I feel like the 45th pick and Crevier should have been close with maybe another later pick or prospect. 4th overall pick is insane. I doubt the Red Wings get that much for Larkin
I really think he ends up playing for the Wings next year....mostly because the Wings are not going to accept what those 3 teams have to offer. The Wings are in a similar place the Bulls have been the last couple of years. They dont have enough talent in their system to become really good, but dont have enough assets to get a lot better
