This team is in some sorry shape right now. To add insult to injury of a late-inning loss, they burned basically their entire pen.

Is the starting pitching, bullpen, offense, or defense going to let us down today? Tune in at 7:05 to find out!

gonna go with starting pitching for this one, especially considering we've had two good ones in a row

Yep, we’ll lose 10-9 instead of 2-1

This thing went from “best record in the NL” to “potential <.500 team” real quick.  They are half a game away from being in last place… in June…. in a year where they were the overwhelming favorites to win the division by fans and media.

Seriously, why does Carter Hawkins still have a job?  What value does this guy bring?  The Cubs were supposed to be this pitching factory that could develop arm after arm and replicate what the Brewers are doing.  Doesn’t seem like the Guardians miss him very much.

Jed isn’t going anywhere but they could at least offer up Carter and maybe the hitting coach as sacrificial lambs.  Someone has to get fired.

The 180 by the lineup is inexplicable. The exact same lineup that was clicking during the 20-3 stretch is now a dumpster fire. Literally no explanation for it

Gonna put money on pitching considering Imanaga gonna have to suck up some innings because they had to use everyone up to get the final 9 outs.

But im sure the bats will figure a way to participate in the loss 🙄🙄

Plus with their power and Shota’s track record of the long ball - Kurtz and Langeliers could have a day

Bregman looks so bad.  If you didn’t know he was a vet you’d think his demotion to AAA was imminent.

Hes straight up horsefeathers abysmal

but you can tell he's frustrated. Yes, he's in a deep funk right now, but I'm tired of the rhetoric about him just cashing in his $35m and not caring.
