    Is it me, or is there anyone else out there that feels that Counsell literally “scripts “ his pitchers prior to each game (I.e. pitch counts, pulls at a certain time, regardless of the game), as opposed to just letting the game unfold and going with your hot hand? I completely understand that you have a specific “range” of pitches for your starter, but it feels to me like he just goes into a game scripted way too often.
