Yes. This was the worst managed game of the season by Counsell. He knew Palencia wasn’t available. You manage the game accoedingly.

Without Palencia being able to go back to back, Counsell only fresh arms were Maton Milner and Martin and he used Webb back to back.  

He chose to go with Martin over Milner to start the 9th, it didn't go well
