I mean, basically? Cishek is not a guy you want facing Votto, Edwards and Morrow on the DL, Duensing probably unavailable. He was probably saving Wilson for the 8th or 9th, but everyone else who's any good wasn't really an option.

Sunday in St Louis, the 9th inning in Game 1 of the DH, blowing leads in 3 of the 4 games this weekend. Turning a fairly close game into a blowout in the other game
