I work from home, and I still should have stayed home. Like not even go downstairs to my office. Nothing has gotten done.

And I know I'll be braving the game thread. I'm going to have a house full of people from out of town, but none care about the game. They know the basement door closes at 7:00 and that's it. But I'll need to be a loony with other loonies. So I'll be here.

Just roaming the streets of Manhattan as my wife shops. Can't stop thinking about the game. I have no idea what she is buying and I don't even care.

Been getting a few well wishes from Yankee fans along the way. Proudly sporting my Cubs hat and shirt in NYC.

I don't know for sure, but La Stella batting 5th strikes me as a "If you dare try and bring in a LH reliever late against LaStella, I'm unleashing Austin Jackson" move. I wonder if Cole will pitch Rizzo any differently.

TBS has streaming for playoff games, right?

I'm not sure I should be in public for this game ...

Last year they had streaming if you authenticated with a cable login. Just finished reading a Techgraphs article that said TBS hasn't formally announced anything for this year, but my guess is it'll be the same.

OK, cool thanks. I googled but was worried the blackout restrictions or whatever would apply. I mooch off my parent's login (so I'm still in some quasi-adulthood, I guess).

I haven't read through the rest of this thread, but if you have a roku or something similar, SlingTV includes TBS, and they have a two week free trial...

This won't do, needs animation and music.

I actually think it's funnier in stills.

The best bit is the last second attempt at a bare handed grab even though he's closer to starring in a revival of Riverdance than he is to the ball.

It's perfect. We've really lucked out on weather this week. Heading home tomorrow. Can't think of a better way to end our trip than with a win. I'll be quite the happy traveller.

Per Levine:

Fowler CF

Schwarber RF

Bryant LF

Rizzo 1B

La Stella 3B

Castro 2B

Montero C

Russell SS

Arrieta P

What's the logic of Schwarber in RF and Bryant in LF or is that a typo?

It's been stated like 8 million times over the past week but PNC has a huge LF space while RF is short with a high wall and requires much less ground to cover.

LF is more difficult to play in Pittsburgh than RF

Not a typo....it's what Levine said.

Wow. No Aramis or Alvarez for Pittsburgh?

I knew there was a name or two missing. Sad for Aramis if the Pirates lose. Not that I give a [expletive] because that means the Cubs won

How many times has Montero caught Arrieta this year?
