Time to restock the beer

I've got this covered (Leffe, Delirium Tremens, Duvel and Chimay)

Thought you were passing on the game! Call in sick tomorrow?

Leffe is on the menu tonight here too, along with some SA Octoberfest.

Although the vodka is nearby if things go south.

Tequila is for when things go south.

That's to celebrate tomorrow and over the weekend.

I live in a small village and can't just run out to restock. ;-)

I'm not much for tequila, but the wife did bring home a bottle of Patron a few weeks ago. I can make it work.

Due to work tomorrow my alcohol consumption will be light tonight... unless things get ugly. However, if the Cubs win, I will be enjoying the Friday game in full Cubs gear from the bar of the Firestone Brewery in Paso Robles so there will be much consuming of very fine beer as the Cubs dong Mr. Lackey into oblivion.

I'm working at home tomorrow. Will drag myself out of bed for a conference call with a Japanese partner at 8am, then go back to bed until noon.

Ahh at least its the Japanese, they will understand being a baseball fanatic. Make sure you lie to them and tell them Wada was the winning pitcher tonight and our staff ace.

Worst part is that it is an introduction meeting. I'm hoping they do most of the talking. Otherwise my business partner will have to carry the ball.

Alright, thanks mostly to refreshing this thread, I made it through today. Much appreciated.

Looking forward to reading back through it tomorrow and reliving the upcoming Dong Show.

We got this. Two days away from showing StL their reign is over.

I'll win their everlasting love with a video montage of dong-celebrating bat flips from tonights game.

That awkward moment when people thrust together by outside circumstances realize they have absolutely nothing to say to each other.
