I'm thrilled, but I have to say that I'm not all that surprised that Wisky won.

 

At the Kohl Center, anytime they win shouldnt be a surprise.

Michigan is garbage. They play defense almost as badly as the football team. They're getting beat by 20 at home.

 

What an awful year for Michigan. The tourney isn't looking like a realistic option anymore. There is no way UM is going to play better than .500 in the Big 10 playing like this.

Mizzou drops a tough game at Vanderbilt. Cut the lead from 14 with 6 minutes to play to 2 with under a minute to play, and a heinous charge call on Tiller killed the rally. That, and Vandy making like 90% of their free throws.

 

And our complete lack of rebounding tonight. I miss DeMarre.

As if losing to Sac State wasn't bad enough, UCD may have lost two of it's best three players for an extended period of time.

 

The team already has three guys out and could be down to seven for Saturday when they play a team that plays a 40 minutes of hell style. That game is going to be ugly and this season is starting to look like it will be also.

I was pleasantly surprised that Tisdale didn't leave ligaments or maybe an entire ankle on the floor when he turned that shot fake into a layup.

 

At times he seems like a big stiff out there but, big stiffs usually don't make those kind of moves. It appears to me when he's aggressive or plays with a sense of purpose he's pretty good.

Seems like the theme to the whole team minus the freshmen, who need to be a little less aggressive.

I interact in both circles, and I think SEC football and Big Ten basketball probably rank right there together in obnoxiousness.
