Yogi Ferrell played 14 minutes last night and scored five points for the Nets. Good for him. Only irrational IU fans ever thought he'd play in the NBA, btw.

Please no. I have a 7th Circuit argument tomorrow morning, and I'm already going to be tired enough. Too late for a continuance? I bet at least one of the judges would say, "Oh thank God." I wish, but nope. Really hoping I have at least one judge on the panel who is a big Cubs fan (sure, I'd take a panel full of Cubs fans) and will feel my pain. It's really cool to be in Chicago though, even with impending work.

I will actually be in Chicago tonight. But it's work-related and I have to be lucid tomorrow morning...so will take it easy on the drinking, etc., while watching.

Please win this one. I'd like the Cubs chances Game 6 (not so much Game 7, but I'll take my chances there). But, while I obviously hope I'm wrong, this kind of feels like Game 4 of last year's Mets series.

Plus, Ross was having good at-bats this game. Plus, Ross was probably more likely to make some kind of contact and get a hit (think trying to score *at all* was part of the analysis).
