Me=dead last in NSBB. 21 of 32. Ouch.

Screwed the pooch on:

Arkansas

Oklahoma

UNLV

Villanova

Siena

Kansas St.

Marquette

Miami

aTm

W. Kentucky

San Diego

Are you in a different group than I am? Because I'm tied for dead last in the nsbb group with 19 out of 32.

I have not picked 2 8/9 games right in 8 years. This year, I managed to miss all 4 of them.

i'm in group # 20875

That's the same group. You're tied for 38th. I'm tied for 50th.

Man my bracket is so screwed up now. Guess I gotta just root for a bunch of upsets.

Thought this quote was pretty interesting from the IU-Arkansas game

"It's been frustrating, it's been tough, because these teams, they wanted to take my drive away," Gordon said. "Having that big 7-foot guy [steven Hill] in the middle to take away my opportunities to score on the inside. That's what I tried to do. You couldn't really get inside that zone, so you had to figure out other ways to penetrate."

EJ you might wanna stay in school a year to figure out how to handle this situation cause in the NBA they have a lot of those 7 footers, and all of thm can play. Add that to the fact many of the guards are going to be bigger than you too. Sadly with the situation IU is in now I think he has to go pro.

in case anyone missed it, Tampa was the first opening weekend site ever to see all 4 games won by lower seeds

That's a little misleading because up until recently, I believe, each region had the top 1/2 of it's bracket one place and the other half somewhere else. Every site contained either a 1-16 or 2-15 matchup. It's obviously not gonna happen in those situations, as only 1 two seed has ever lost. This year, Tampa and Denver were the only sites where the lower seeds even had a shot to pull that off. Raleigh, Little Rock, Omaha, and Anaheim all had the 1-16 games. Birmingham and DC had two 2-15 matchups.

I'm only 23 of 32 so far and down 3 Sweet 16 picks, but using the scenario generator on Yahoo, I should have the lead if my Final Four picks make it (Tennessee, Georgetown, Memphis, and UCLA). I'm still in contention.

I thought they have lost 4 or 5 times.

Yeah there have been 4 unless I'm forgetting one.

Richmond beat Syracuse, Santa Clara beat Arizona, Coppin State beat South Carolina and Hampton (yes!) beat Iowa State.

Tied for 16th as well. Have all of my Elite 8 alive, and 14 of 16 swet 16. However taking a slight risk on the national champion, so I am geussing I won't win it.

maybe, but it wasn't 8-9 matchups either. Tampa had two 5-12's and two 4-13's

Those are the only four, yes.

I got Duke out in the second round to the winner of Zona/WVU. Texas winning it all and Clemson tentatively in the final game. 1,3,5,3,4,2,1,10 in the elite eight

Final game as in national title game? Clemson isn't very good.

I like patting myself on the back.

The sad thing is, I was traveling yesterday and my experience of all the excitement was Stephen A. Smith on his radio show randomly breaking in "OH GOD WKY JUST HIT DA BUZZAH BEATAH!!"

LOL.

My fault. I was sitting in a restaurant and Drake had opened up a 6 point lead in overtime. I figured after coming all the way back, WKY had to be too tired. It's safe to leave, I told myself.

14 of 16 Sweet 16 teams left. Really not inventive with my bracket this year - picked a lot of 1s and 2s just because they had the easiest roads to the final four. If UCLA doesn't make the final four this year, they are an absolute disgrace to their great history, given how easy their road is. By far the weakest bracket and it's already been busted all to hell.

I feel like i'm gonna lose at least one more S16 team today because Duke is going down to WVU in a little bit here. Final Four is UNC, GU, UT and UCLA

Clark Kellogg is friggin annoying. Don't bother making predictions if you're going to pick the higher seed every time you're asked. What purpose is he serving there?

He'll be right more often than not though. It's not like you have 1-2 matchups yet. He doesn't have any money riding on his bracket. Why would he not pick the better team?

Plenty of people like them despite having no connection to them, and they gain a sizable advantage by falling down all the time instead of playing the game.

Cause he's contributing nothing by doing so? I'm not saying he should be picking a ton of upsets to be controversial. I'm saying he should put a little more work into his job beyond saying Well Connecticut is the 4 seed, so you know I gotta go with them.

And I too have only one 2 seed going to the sweet 16.(Texas)

Would it make a difference if he said, UConn has more talent so you gotta go with them? Most of the time those things go hand in hand....talent and being the better team. It sounds like you have more issue with him not going on out a limb than you do his reasoning.
