I'm 13-3 (losses: USC, BYU and Arizona) but I had USC to the Elite 8 so that was painful.

YOU picked sc?!?! Did it burn your fingers to type that?

Heh. I thought they would win, they had been playing much better the last 2 months.

Mayo's last 2 months totally changed my opinion of him as a player

Missed on Miami, UCONN and St. Joe's, hit on the rest and still have 15/16 alive.

That was some combination of awful St. Joe's defense and really nice ball movement by Oklahoma in what I saw of that game. Blake Griffin was a beast and Calathes really struggled.

I've been pretty confident that Vandy was overrated and didn't deserve a 4 seed (has there ever been a 4 seed that was 48 in Pomeroy's rankings?) but again horrible defense and Siena's guards were hitting everything.

Neither team could hit a 3 in that Oregon/MSU game and Oregon wasn't going to beat them in a battle of 2's. No more Maarty Leunen.

Hopefully IU's guards aren't a bunch of chuckers again tonight.

effin Oregon.

I could tell you not to trust Oregon or Arizona (though I fell into the damn Arizona trap of falling for their unwarranted hype...third straight year).

So I shouldn't have taken Oregon to the sweet 16 or Zona to the Elite 8 then?

Both because of their crappy opponents more than anything.

My first bracket is in really good shape in the 99.7th percentile on ESPN, but I took USC to the Elite 8 no other Sweet 16 teams gone. I also have all 4 games correct right now.

My other bracket is in the 98.2th percentile and is 23-5 only 1 Sweet 16 team gone so far, but I took Indiana.

This is my best year in recent memory.

I missed the Vandy game. Blank the heck happened out there?!

Vandy played like a microwaved bag of elephant dung. I watched bits and pieces of that game and Vandy just looked awful every time I clicked to that game. I don't know what happened there.

I'm going to root for Arkansas here, even though I have Indy winning. It'd be the perfect cap on IU's season, imo.

It wouldn't be anything different that what I predicted after the PSU loss. :banghead:

Arkansas would've been a top 10 team if they could play like this consistently. They have the ability.

Yeah, I don't mind this loss for Indiana. They didn't play particularly badly (although not great) but Arkansas played their A game tonight.

This Indiana team, minus D.J. White, ranks right up there with the 2006 Chicago Cubs as one of my least favorite teams ever. I'm so ready to move on.

Weems completely disappeared for the last few games until Georgia. He was averaging over 20 points after the new year before he ran into that stretch where he scored something like 13 points in three games. I really wish I had seen more of this Arkansas team over the course of the season, especially since they're losing Weems, Thomas, Hunter, Hill, Townes, and Ervin after this year.
