It's a very small sample and I wont blow it out of proportion, but Caleb's sack rate is literally the only thing I'm even mildly concerned about at the moment.

His rookie sack rate was 10.79% - outrageously, unsustainably high, he more than cut that in half last year with an incredible 4.05% sack rate. Unfortunately, that's reversed this year and he's at an 8.82% sack rate. A lot of that I blame on Garrett Bradbury, but some of it is on Caleb.

Not too concerned.  He took 2 sacks in the only game hes played start to finish fully healthy.  7 sacks in his last 2 games when he isn't clearly 100%.  It probably also has something to do with a conscious effort to stay in the pocket and play in structure.  If the trade off for the occasional sack is complete poise in the pocket more often than not, I'll take it.

seems fair, the defense against the chiefs was incredible

Yes.  The Seahawks may very well win.  However, right now I believe Caleb > Mahomes and the Bears have more and better weapons than the Chiefs.  Monangai possibly coming back would certainly be a big boost to the offense as well.

Seahawks open as 3 point favorites at home.

I think the line says a lot about how good people think the Bears are. Only getting 3 points in Seattle after Seattle dominated a 5-0 Chiefs team tells me the Bears are considered around the league as a Super Bowl contender. Not just a team that can make the playoffs. This is one game I don’t expect them to win. But I wouldn’t be shocked if they did and wouldn’t bet against a win. I just think this their toughest challenge all season.

Isn't the opening line really just where the oddsmakers thinks the bets will break 50/50 (as least initially)? And then as bets are placed by the betting public, the line moves? I mean, sure the oddsmakers aren't just tossing dice. But it's just a starting point, right?

If the price is a 4th or a 5th for those guys I'd immediately do it. But I feel like the Chargers, for example, are playing coy to drive to get a bit of a bidding war started, and they're in no rush.

The Chargers have no leverage. He's a FA after the season and likely to retire. They get absolutely nothing for him if they don't trade him.

Watched Jenkins' film review, towards the end, he highlights two passes to Rome.  All I can say is holy f**king sh*t, simply unbelievable, besides Caleb, there might be two or, at most, three others in the entirety of the NFL who could make such throws.  Certainly no one NFC North is capable, not taking anything away from Goff and Love and I don't even consider whomever Minnesota has at QB.  When it comes to the NFC North QB's Caleb is the Miz and the rest are the Boyds or Shotas.

that's not what i'm saying, I'm saying there' no incentive for the Chargers to trade him until the last minute on 11/10 - they can see if literally anyone else has any interest

He’s worth more if you trade him early

Sure there’s incentive. It’s the NFL. He could get injured tomorrow and they wind up with nothing.

That 3rd down throw to Rome amazes me more every time I watch it.  The velocity, the placement, the timing, it's all just perfect and if any of them were even a little off it's intercepted or knocked down.

Jonah Jackson and Kevin Byard both thought it would be intercepted, but it was just an unbelievable catch and throw

I don’t know why the Bears would have been in the market for a guard unless they thought Jonah Jackson’s injury was more serious

I take it as the Bears leaving no stone unturned in looking for ways to improve the team.

As long as they are looking at the real needs also like defensive line and defensive backfield

This is an offense first team.  Don't be surprised if offense is the focus for trades.
