There's no set rule for where the top of the strike zone is right? It's literally just "eh where it makes the most sense"

I saw they have something where theyre using video replay on check swings in the minors with the bat angle

Have you ever seen the old, black and white footage of games where dudes would literally swing 3/4 of the way and the ump would be like, “he held up!”? I’d take that over what we have now.
