I would guess whomever starts on Saturday isn't being asked to get more than six outs. Whether its an opener or Shota...I think it's just a full staff game and the starter isn't like, a "starter".

Are we all in agreement that we go with a pen game on Saturday?  Shota should not pitch in the game. Save him for a game 3 against the Dodgers.

getting WAY ahead of myself but Taillon, Horton, Boyd, Shota is good setup in a potential NLCS

Would Horton be available next series?

They didn't say he's out for season?

I swear they showed 730 ET on the broadcast earlier. They showed 8 for the Seattle game tomorrow which is what MLB.com says.

TBS's graphics have not been very airtight, early in the game they called Ortiz Jake Bauers in a graphic

Boyd I assume would go in Game 2 on normal rest.

Hell yah. Dub. Nice bounceback from Boyd. Great job from the bullpen. Bats finally decided to show up past the first inning. Staying alive.

So we had...

A nervy 1-run win in Game 3 (Game 5 of the WS)
A relatively comfortable 6 run win in Game 4 (Game 6 of the WS, though that was much less in doubt)

So clearly we're going to win in 10 innings on Saturday.

I'm a big Shota fan, but I want Rea to start the Game 5.  Just like Boyd did tonight, Shota could pitch well, but I feel way more comfortable with Rea, and I think most of you guys agree.

Never in a million years I thought they would be able to take this series back to Milwaukee . Hats off to Boyd , didn’t think he had this left in him . We are alive , baby !

It's the old "coverage starts" gambit. The game starts at 8:08
