    Craig isn’t getting fired . Hottovy isn’t getting fired . Perhaps the hitting coach goes or the poor bullpen catcher gets the blame

    There is really not much they can do . They have no SP at Iowa ( that’s why Wicks is up , even though he isn’t a big league pitcher. They can’t make a trade right now . Bring back Ty Blach ? 😂 Offensively they all suck as well . Can’t replace 9 hitters .

    In last place now and Skenes waiting on Thursday . Amazing that they managed to blow entirely that 20 of 23 hot streak . I am completely shocked . This pitching staff is really bad . I know they have had injuries , but whatever they have tried with Cabrera hasn’t worked . Maybe they should go back to having him throw his 4 seamer less . That’s what he did with the Marlins last year . Whatever , this team is in a lot trouble right now .

    Yeah , despite what is going on , my biggest worry is that they simply don’t have enough pitching . At some point I expect the guys who are struggling ( basically the entire lineup ) to start hitting. With that said I think winning the division will be difficult . Milwaukee looks really tough . The Cabrera - Harrison trades are the perfect example of these two organizations . Cubs traded for Cabrera and he looks sort of shot . Brewers traded for a struggling former top prospect and he is in the cy young conversation at this point . Brewers are simply a better run organization

    I picked the dude that pitch againts the Cubs today on fantasy baseball . That’s the only positive about this mess

    That’s probably the only way to hit it out today . Walker has done it twice . That’s how things are going right now

    If they can find a team that wants to buy into the top prospect pedigree and team control , and willing to move a SP , they should absolutely move Shaw ( not for a rental ) The reality is that Matt Shaw hasn’t been able to hit RHP at this level . His main value is that he is cheap and can play a few different positions at this point . I am not convinced he is the answer to anything in the OF long term .

    Can they move Ian to the 10th spot and Dansby to 11th ? edit: Seriously , I don’t see much they can do . The majority of them suck right now .

    Offensively o think they will be fine . Pitching , I am less optimistic . Brewers will continue to be a problem . They just know how to put together pitching staffs . Contreras is healthy , Chourio is healthy , Yelich is back and Bauers looks to be in the early stages of a breakout . If Harrison is all of the sudden a top of rotation arm , Cubs are in a bit of trouble . Misiorowski and Harrison is like prime Peralta and Woodruff again with lots of control left still .

    Holy horsefeathers , of course the Brewers have turned Harrison into an ace type . Absolutely nasty so far

    Welp , good luck to those sticking around until the end of this one . It’s not like they have it easy tomorrow . Harrison has been good as well . Hopefully they can avoid the sweep .

    The Brewers have Shota figured out . Hopefully they can avoid a sweep here . They are in deep horsefeathers with Misioriwski going tomorrow . Will need a huge outing from Brown .

    They will need a huge deadline . Need help both in rotation and pen . Cabrera needs to get his horsefeathers together . Really underwhelming edit : I wouldn’t be expecting too much out of Steele btw .

    Bregman has been disappointing for sure , but he normally puts great numbers from June on . Hopefully that continues
