The good guys haven't lost in the post-season when I've been out of town (it's a three game sample size, but still), and I'm in NYC until Thursday.

Good news...

 

When I got sick, the team went in the tank. Today, I'm heavily medicated and feeling somewhat better. That should mean that we'll scratch out a win here tonight. Then I'll be fully healthy for games 6&7 and we'll crush them.

 

We've still got this horsefeathers.

All it takes is 1 to creep the doubt. If things start to go our way game 6 it could change the crowd mentality. Let's see if we can get this 1, if not still a great season, yet still disappointing, and hopefully our guys can improve and get back.

 

We got embarrassed out of the nlcs last year, got better, and advanced to the World Series. Hopefully one year it all works perfectly whether it's this year or the near future.
