Best team in the league!

It certainly does seem like they play their best when only one of them is out on the court. Down the stretch when all three were out there, they struggled to get going and Orlando put them away. They made their runs when either James or Wade were on the court and when the other guy was on the bench.

I'm enjoying guys like House and Z getting shots down the stretch too. That's worked out well.

this nba season has been so fun so far

I'm loving the Heat sucking it this year.

Even Hollinger has dropped them to #4 before tonights game. He's still smoking crack. For instance, they are not better than the Bulls based on how they have played.

Kevin Love is the first player since Shaq in 2000 to have two 30-point, 20-rebound games in a month.

On a related note, four of the longest five active win streaks against one team are against the Timberwolves. The Spurs (13), Lakers (12), Blazers (12) and Rockets (11) are the four. The other is the Spurs 13 games against the Clippers.

Can we not get into another 5 page argument about the statisticians? You know how I feel. Hollinger is a crackhead. :-"

Sure, except that he doesn't rank the teams.

When did Tyson Chandler go to Dallas?

Waiting for the punchline

????

I noticed him in a highlight clip and didn't realize he had left the Hornets, that's all

i just found out today that shaq is on the celtics.

I figured that out when the Bulls recently played the Lakers and Shaq wasn't playing for them anymore.

A nine-point win for the Heat at home against the 3-13 Sixers. I think it's starting to come together.

the sixers suck so badly. i hope we trade iguodala since he's a good player and has some value as a solid scorer and very good defender. we're not going anywhere this year or the next couple of years; get some draft picks and young players and tank the season.

Rumors of Iguodala to Dallas are floating around. Wish the Bulls could get him, but Deng is the only salary that can match, and the Sixers don't want a 4-year contract on their roster.

i think he would fit perfect in OKC, too. But I don't think there's a way to make the salaries work, unless they want Harden and Krstic. I mean, it is the Sixers, so who knows.

Igoudala on the Bulls would be sick.

Igoudala would be a better fit than Harden for the Thunder.

watching how he fit in with westbrook and durant this summer just made me drool

see, i would probably do that deal with a #1 pick thrown in, or maybe bj mullens or something (still don't think he'll be much, but he's a big body with some potential). krstic comes off the books this offseason and i still think harden can be a good player in a place where he's not dominated by two stars scoring 50 ppg by themselves.

the other option is to just dump him for an expiring contract (peja stojo's contract, for example) and then make a run at melo in the offseason.

This is the year!

Looking good again tonight, down 17 late in the third in Dallas.

Melo is not going to the sixers

probably not. it's worth looking into though. if he wants to go to new york, philly isn't too far away.

i'm not big on the "clear salary and hope for big time star" because you end up being terrible like the nets and then not getting any stars.

LOL at those who predicted the Heat would match or eclipse the Bulls' record 72 wins. At their current 9-8 they'll have to go 63-2 just to match the Bulls, could happen but, I doubt it.

Why is Tracy McGrady getting about the same amount of burn as Ben Gordon? Better yet, why doesn't Gordon shoot anymore? He's only taken 39 three point attempts all season, compared to 151 total shot attempts. He's shooting 52% from the field and 46% from 3. I hope it was worth signing him to that long deal when he's the 3rd guard on a team that's pretty bad.
