Did anyone else notice Molina after the passed ball just walk to get it after the wild pitch?

Molina is such a cerebral player that he was trying to psych out the runner into trying to come home after taking third because he's just that good and that smart.

Also the ball was poorly rubbed up.

Not that I mind the Cards losing but, what does that make the Central over the last two years 1-8? Ouch.

1-11 over the last three years.

Cardinals complaining that the white towels in the stands caused Holliday to lose the ball :-)) :-))

Wainwright is such a dumbass for offering up that excuse.

So are people not allowed to wear white shirts to the game either since the ball is the same color as that?

Come on. Shut up you idiot. And I'd say the same exact thing if a Cub player said that.

Seeing something Cub-esque happen to the Cardinals in a big game when they've spent most of the decade with a horseshoe lodged up their ass is nice to see. Hopefully LA sweeps them right out of the playoffs in front of TBFIB.

Anyone else hear Adam Wainwright blaming it on the towels? Boo hoo.

"He lost the ball in the 50,000 white towels shaking in front of his face," starting pitcher and would-be hero Adam Wainwright said. "It doesn't seem really fair that an opposing team should be allowed to shake white towels when there's a white baseball flying through the air. Dodger blue towels — how about that?"

Considering the towels were being waved behind him, I really dont see how it matters.

Adam just made himself look like a fool. Like you said the towels were behind him and also there is no one towels are going to bug you if they are in front of you anyway as they would be hear home plate, because your not going to pay attention to the sides of you.

The Dodgers were getting throughly dominated all day. There were two outs in the 9th. Loney hit it fairly weakly right to Holliday. Something tells me the crowd wasn't waving those white towels much anyway.

Listening toSkip Bayless trying to defend Matt Holliday was beyond incomprehensible. The other guy made Bayless his female dog cause there is NO WAY Holliday's misses that fly ball in a normal situation. Go back and see the video again...Holliday's eyes were fixated on a object, not to mention Matt was manuevering the glove to make the catch. Then you consider the fact that he has played more the one game in the OF, and played in more the one game at Dodger stadium, and you then realize Matt Holliday simply missed the ball. Don't make excuses, just say he missed the dang ball. But man Bayless was really stretching on defending Holliday.

As for Wainwright, I get that you don't want to throw Holliday under the bus, I get it, and I respect it, but don't make lame excuses.

Rather large Holliday and DeRo GIFs.

Wainwright's also forgetting something called 'home field advantage.' The Dodgers can do whatever they choose when it comes to what color the towels are. Go whine about it somewhere else.
