You guys think Cedeno could get some of the CF duty against tough Lefties? I have no idea if he's any good in center, but if he's serviceable, that would further the chance of Cedeno being a valuable member of the team.

 

Have you looked at Cedeno's splits? He's hit better vs. righties than lefties so far.

 

What if Cedeno wins the SS job in ST. Any chance at all that Theriot could transition to CF to platoon with Pie???

 

Theriots splits vs Lefties last year weren't too bad... .286/.353/.444/.797. Any chance he could be somewhat servicable out there???

Apparently two people who think Theriot will be fine @ SS are Hendry and Piniella and unfortunately their opinions are the only ones that count.

I'm more than willing to give Theriot a shot at SS for the time being, as long as Cedeno gets enough opportunites to showcase his talents we've been constantly hearing about.

Jeff Zrebiec (Baltimore Sun) was on XM Radio saying the chance of the Bedard trade is 70/30 and Roberts after is a "possibility" yet better than a 50% chance. :roll:

 

Also, on Roberts: Will NOT make assumption that once Bedard goes, Roberts goes. Does not see it being that quick, if at all. Angelos may say, "OK Andy, I gave you one with Bedard, I'm keeping Roberts".

 

I can just picture Angelos saying that

OH is a joke as far as inside info. They remind me of Cylvia Browne and John Edward.
