Greg Maddux will finally get to find out exactly who Mark Buehrle is on Friday.

http://deportes.eluniversal.com/2005/10/09/09301a1%20copia.jpgBuehrle (facing the camera in the picture) has been decent this year, putting up a 4-2 record with a 3.42 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP. In five career starts against the Cubs, he's basically been Glendon-like (5.29 ERA and a .309 BAA).

http://u.univision.com/contentroot/uol/art/images/deportes/bball/2004/08/070804ap_greg_maddux3.jpgGregory is 5-2 on the year with a 3.10 ERA along with a 1.11 WHIP. He hasn't given up more than one run in any of his previous four starts. Maddux will be going for career win number 324, which would tie him for 13th all time with Nolan Ryan and Don Sutton.

Go Cubs!!!

The Cubs are 1-3 with me in attendance. I vow to go to more games so the Cubs can suck more to get rid of Dusty faster.

The Cubs' OPS against lefties is .549, good for dead last in the NL...by .123.

And that's why I don't think I'm even going to watch this game.

Game 2: I posted a prayer - Cubs win.

Game 3: I didnt post a prayer - Cubs lose.

Oh, God said to Abraham, ”Kill me a son”

Abe says, “Man, you must be puttin' me on”

God say, ”No.” Abe say, “What?”

God say, ”You can do what you want Abe, but

The next time you see me comin' you better run”

Well Abe says, “Where do you want this killin' done

God says, “Out on Highway 61"

I think we all should pray before bed (without sinning)... if nothing else works, then religion to the rescue! I'll do it.

Sox 10 Cubs 0

I'll be happy with 1 win out of 3 in this series.

Lets go Z!

well we do have Maddux and Z going this series. I think Saturday is a disaster waiting to happen, but who knows, maybe we can somehow take 2 of 3. Even though that is heavy optimism talking.

Its soft tossing mediocre lefties that we can't hit. The good lefties we dont have as many problems with....

meh, this worked before game one of the last series:

You gotta get angry! You gotta get mean!

Let's be like the Charlestown Chiefs of baseball! Let's carry our bats around the infield as we round the bases and beat any fielder who gets in our way!

We're dead last in BA, OBP, SLG, OPS in all of MLB against lefties. Good lefty or bad, soft tosser or hard thrower, we just can't hit them at all.

I hope you're right. I would like nothing more than to see the Cubs rough up Who Is Mark Buehrle tomorrow. Especially with Dumb and Dumber announcing.

That's the best news I've heard all day. I can only hope that when I tune in to MLB.TV on Sunday that they give me the CSN feed so I get Len and Bob. For those who have MLB.TV, is there any way to choose which feed you get?

Nope, they just seeminly randomly use different broadcast teams each day. Sometimes you'll be Len & Bob 2 games in a row. But I only use MLB.tv for replays. So who knows maybe they use the chicago feed every day but alot of the days it's the other teams broadcasters during replays.

But as far as choosing who to watch live, No. You can choose which AUDIO to listen to as both are always available. Video this is not the case.
