According to Comcast, the Cubs game is on my59 out of Peoria, but they're currently airing Dr. Oz. WTF?

OK. I'm not even getting the Cardinals broadcast on FSN. What in the world is going on here?

Well, that doesn't help those of us who don't get CLTV.

Is anyone else getting a blank screen on CSN+, or is it just me?

I hate games on WCIU.

The blackout isn't to protect ticket sales. It's to protect the local cable companies. They don't want you to be able to watch the game on your computer because they you aren't buying cable with CSN. The asinine thing is that some of us don't even have the option to buy a cable TV package with CSN. When I lived in Marshall, IL, the only cable company in town was Mediacom, and they did not offer CSN. However, I was still blocked out from Cubs games because I was in their "home territory." The blackout rules are completely pointless and need to go away.

Not only is this a Saturday night game. It's a Saturday night game on the freaking west coast. Some of us like to see games end before midnight.

Gotta love how six teams (Cubs, White Sox, Cardinals, Royals, Brewers, Twins) claim the entire state of Iowa as home territory. That's all the proof you need that MLB's blackout rules are asinine.
