I feel like I'm reading the Cubs facebook page. It's gunna suck when this "Castro is bad at defense" myth continues for the next few years. When will @Kapman try running him out of town? I'll say 2015. -

The people that attend Cubs games are some of the dumbest people I've ever come across. The stuff I hear is just mind blowingly stupid. I'm sure it's like that at other parks with other fans too, but it is tough to listen to some of the stupidity in the crowd and not get angry. I should also note that the dumb stuff I'm talking about is almost always baseball related.

And in case that's not enough, he also wrote this. Um, it's a freaking World Series game. Of course the stands will be full, even if it's 40 degrees. You could say the same about 26 other fanbases. What a douche.

Anybody read Peter King's MMQB today? Under his top 15 teams, he lists Atlanta 7 and Tampa Bay, while the Bears are not on the list at all. And there are actually 16 teams listed because he has a tie at 15. Also has the 2-4 Eagles listed #14.

lol, true enough Unfortunately, this is very true. I was at a 4th of July BBQ, and a Cubs conversation started, and the topic of why the Cubs suck so bad this year came up. Sure enough, a self proclaimed Cubs fan said that "we never shoulda gotten rid of Theriot." Needless to say, the words "gritty", "hustle", and "team player" came up. I wanted to punch this guy in the face. It's impossible to talk sensical baseball with some people. That's why I like to stick to NSBB. :D

I feel like I'd be less upset if we were losing to any team but the [expletive] Heat. This team has far exceeded expectations this year, so losing in the conference finals isn't the worst thing in the world. But losing to the Heat, and watching these scumbags celebrate is just awful to me. Why couldn't we just lose to a more likable team? -
Wow, no wonder their fans are blaming the refs for all of their problems. Their own damn GM just put all of the blame on the referees. No accountability at all. Pretty pathetic, especially coming from someone who employs cheapshotting clowns like Max LaPierre, Kevin Bieksa, and Raffi Torres, not to mention the hair pulling bitch Burrows, and the proven divers, the Sedin Sisters. What a joke that organization is. I hope the Hawks win by 7 goals.

Has anyone been reading Canucks message boards? Ive been checking the one they have at NHL.COM, and it is absolutely a riot to read. They are all claiming that the refs have given the Hawks the last 3 games, that there is a conspiracy to let the Hawks win, and they are calling for Bickell and Bolland to be suspended for their "illegal" hits yesterday. It's not just one poster either. They are all saying the same thing. It is quite a read.

They were talking about the Eastern Conference on Mike and Mike a couple days ago, and Golic was saying there are only 2 or 3 teams that have a chance. He then went on to name the Celtics, Heat, Magic, and Hawks. No mention of the Bulls. Greenberg chimed in with something like "How about the Bulls", and Golic pretty much dismissed them altogether. His reasoning was something dumb, like "They just aren't ready yet". That is an awful show.
