I swear, the only reason I can see for Barrett being the DH is Dusty just picked our best hitter right now...

Well he was gonna sit Jones no matter what. Hes using Blanco for better defense and throwing arm in case the Sox run on us.

 

The only head scratcher, is having Neifi in the game, and having Hairston in the game. I'd rather see Bynum and Mabry.

I'd like to see Bynum in the game in RF. At least you know if he gets on its almost an automatic double.

Blanco does have 5 walks. Which is only 3 behind Pierre. Neifi has 5 more RBIs than Pierre.

edit: The Sox only have 1 guy in the order with a obp below .330, Plenty of base clogging on their side

Great point. They won't get a chance to use ANY of their speed with all those people getting on. And here I was, worried that the Cubs might not be able to lose this game by less than ten runs.
