But he can’t, Peterson is a veteran so the unwritten Baseball rule states managers have to respect veterans and ride them until they give up an 8th run.

It sucks that the Cubs gave the lead up already, but on the bright side, if you told me they would only be down 1 in the 4th and Miz will be out in the 5th inning or earlier, I would have taken my chances with that.

I put a lot of blame on Busch for his ****** AB when we had Miz on the ropes. Should have had another run or two.

Unfortunately, his underlying numbers are better than Boyd's, not including tonight.  They're probably about the same now.😅

Busch has been terrible since June or July so its to be expected at this point

Yeah, he is.  I don't know why.  He was our best hitter for about 2 weeks in the late March/early April.  He was good last year, too.
