Jesse Rogers is being a douche live. "I don't see this happening". He had a chance at the high road and didn't take it. 

Michael is never wrong. And I don't think Matt would run this if he wasn't sure. 

My read is that it's very close and it happens, but I'm basing that off of knowing Matt and trusting that Michael is never like that.
