well that sucks. LA plays down to their competition, nearly chokes it away, and most importantly, denies the Bears the possibility of facing Carolina next week in the event that we do move on

Being in at all was a gift (and kinda a joke, TBH) so getting an actually fun game out of it was a bonus.

I'll never really trust Bryce Young but that was a really good game for him on the whole.

He doesn't appear to be the long term answer, but given how giving Carolina has been for the Bears, I'm happy you got a playoff game out of him anyway. I was cheering for them to win that one.

First time seeing the Chargers this year.  Their offensive line reminds me of last year's Bears O-line. Just no resistance at all.

This game was the one that was least interesting heading in, and it's struggling to really hold my interest if I'm being honest.

Fourth quarter and nary a TD to be found.  Whichever team moves on is cooked.

Except there’s a chance if the Pats move on they’ll get Pittsburgh.

I have a hard time believing these are 2 of the best teams in the AFC. Both teams in the early game looked better.

Chargers have a long history of power outages in the playoffs.  Looks like Harbaugh hasn’t been able to change that…yet

So both the Rams and Bears played Saturday yet their game next week is on Sunday. Meanwhile, the 49ers and Bills played today and both are on short rest against bye teams on Saturday next week. Makes total sense.

I know this is because Hou-Pitt is tomorrow so they have to be on Sunday next week. That being said, why not just have 3 games Sat and 3 games Sunday? That's a rhetorical question. The answer is money.

So I’m guessing the delay in announcing the time of games has to do with whoever comes out victorious tonight, the “nobody remembers they exist” Texans or “they travel like a big ten fanbase to the rose bowl” Steelers.

if it’s Pittsburg maybe they get prime time slot with patriots, if it’s Texans I guess rams/bears.

That's what they did the first year they had this expanded playoff format, too, so it's not like they can't do it. They just want more cash.

Schefter said this morning that LaFleur is meeting with the Packers team president to see if they can work out an extension.  There's no intent on firing him.
