Bote’s homers

1st career homer.

Game tying 2 run homer in the 9th

Walk off slam down 3 with 2 outs 2 strikes

2 run homer breaking the Cubs solo homer curse

Walk off homer in 10th after blown save in the 9th

Also his first career homer came on the 4th of July. Pretty amazing.

This team, man. Just pulls you right back in.

If you want to hear the Bote HR without any annoying announcers listen to Thom not say anything on the Reds broadcast.

He said "and this ballgame is over" and then nothing for the whole trip around the bases

I don’t hate them nearly as much as Hawk but it’s great we have an announcer to fill Hawk’s void.

I think Thom is worse than Hawk, so horsefeathering smarmy. At least Hawk is funny.

Thom can definitely be swarmy, but he's gotten better. Unlike Hawk, Thom can actually appreciate when something good happens for the other team, or that the other team's fans fill the stadium, etc.

I'll take your word for it because you're in Ohio, but this seems very hard to believe. Every time I hear about something he said it's some whiny pissing and moaning about some dumb crap involving those exact circumstances.

I'm forced to watch the Reds broadcast of all the Cubs/Reds games, and while yes, he has some whiny moments, he's not terrible over an entire game.

He's also not good either
