    1. How is Ballesteros' pitch framing? 2. If he has an ok arm and blocks well, do you need anything more defensively to play catcher in the future with PitchCom and ABS ending framing?

    Not sure if this is the reference you were going for, but Mark Pawelek turns 35 in a couple weeks.

    I used to love the MLB draft conference call with the formal announcement of who was picking taking longer than the pick itself. It moved faster than most fantasy football drafts. By the time you looked up the stats on thebaseballcube another Cubs pick was in.

    I assume this has been explained elsewhere, but with R and A- gone, do high school picks report to A ball or spend a couple months to a year in Mesa? This question is for draft year and first full year. I get that 'it depends' may be the correct answer, but what's expected from a non 1st RD HS kid?

    2nd rounder I believe. Are you guys talking about Burl Carraway? Yeah, we took him in the 2nd round and we'll probably see him in a couple weeks. Maybe towards the end of August. I read through the draft thread enough to have a vague idea. Forgot all the names with no minors to follow.
