B&B definitely not buying the "we weren't looking to trade Jay" storyline that Pace is trying to sell.

They are idiots. There was never a chance they were going to be able to make a worthwhile trade. They almost certainly discussed it internally and came to that conclusion rather easily.

 

 

Those goons don't have reliable contacts inside the organization that have been within the circle of trust under Angelo, Emery and Pace.

Completely agreed. Bernstein tries so hard to "break" stories, but really, he's just making crap up.

The first 2 are the same 2 picks I have on my personal mock draft. Dorsett is one of my favorite players in this draft, though I don't think he's necessary, assuming this Royal deal becomes official at some point soon. I'd probably go CB or S there and a couple of my favorites are on the board (PJ Williams and Cody Prewitt) and I'd take either running to the podium. McCarthy if he falls that far has the potential to be a steal if he can finally put it together. Believe he was pretty highly recruited. Raisin could give more details why he didn't live up to expectations, but I have no idea why he didn't or why he came out this year.
