Bernie Lincicome is a senile old man whose opinion has not influenced anything since the 90's.

He and Hub Arkush should start a club.

The top google hit for Bernie (total blast from the past) was him blogging about how much he dislikes blogs and practically every first page is a story about how Bernie's Denver paper went under and he's looking for work.

Going truly optimistic, I could see....10-6.

If they start on a 3 game losing streak, then reel off 4 wins to make me feel better about life, then crush me with 4 losses, I'm quitting.

We are doomed if sulley is the voice of optimism

That being said coaching matters and we seemingly have qualified people in the most important spots on the staff, has to be worth something

By the way, the only thing scarier than Cutler playing for the Bears is Cutler LEAVING the Bears. Despite all his fuckups, he’s still the best QB they’ve had in AGES. And once he’s gone (and he will be gone, eventually), it’ll be back to the demon carousel of Morenos and Millers and Tomczaks. That’s the future of this team: they will be boring and incompetent and Chicagoans will delude themselves into thinking they are more “hard-nosed” as a result.

It is the Vast QB Wilderness. It is bleak, it is cold, and it will last the rest of your lives.

On Thursday, Cutler finally responded to Marshall's comments through a third-party. Luckily, Cutler didn't dance around the topic.

According to Around the NFL, Cutler said the following in response to Marshall's comments:

"No one really likes their ex-girlfriend just after a breakup."

Cutler was kidding, of course. He also went out of his way to compliment Marshall.

"He's an incredible player, he did a lot for us here, it just didn't work out," Cutler said. "I could've been the guy that got shipped out of here as well."

Hahaha, Jay is the best.
