Nah, I've seen Fonzie's car up close -- it's definitely more of a turquoise-teal thing than anything Cubbie blue. That photo just makes it look darker than it is.

 

Well I took that picture so ive seen it up close myself and I remember it being the same color as it appears in the pic. That was five or so years ago though so maybe he has gotten it painted since then?
