And just after I made that post, I came across this (from FSU's Rivals Mod):
Yes, we are aware of the reports coming out that James Wilder Jr. is wavering and it looks like there are some legs to it. I wish I could tell you he is solid to FSU but it now looks like he may actually sign with Tennessee tomorrow morning. Not sure why James is wavering all of the sudden but we will be sure to stay on top of this.

 

Wow . . . Clowney would be a better NSD shocker, but I'm not complaining if it's Wilder. Maggitt, Tiny, Dawson, Wright and Jernigan all committing on NSD would be amazing.

I don't follow football recruiting very closely but this seems to be Iowa's 2nd best class under Ferentz. Obviously would be made better with the announcement of Cyrus Koudwhateverjo tomorrow but it sounds like he's going with RedFlash or fiver. They have a Cooper kid at DT that would be a nice finishing bow.

 

One LB made a weird de-commit today and switched to UCLA. Really I'm just excited about the 4-star guys and the QB that Miami was slobbering over in the last month.

sounds like there's a chance that BK could pull Niklas out of U$C's grasp, but it'll be a long shot. Hoping for a very uneventful NSD and that ND has enough power to run the fax machines.

I'm hearing Wright either hasn't called AU coaches tonight or he did, and it wasn't the kind of conversation they expected. It sounds like he's going to be a Vol.

 

Have you ever seen Jeffrey Lee's twitter? He's the Rivals guy for Auburn, right? If so, I'm so glad that he's not our guy. He is about as unprofessional a homer as I've seen writing anywhere for any of these services.

 

Yeah, I don't read Jeff Lee's crap...I think he tries to sell subscriptions with sensationalism at times. auburneagle is a great, free source of information for Auburn recruiting...i don't read the rivals or scout boards.

 

...and I agree...I still am not sure where Gabe Wright will go.

wow, they gave her an escort to get in? apparently the football program's policy on working during inclement weather is improving.

 

Unfortunately the video guys who will be up in the tower filming the LOI's arriving did not receive an escort.

where are you seeing that he's decided yet?

 

I didn't, hence the "would be"

 

But now it's a done deal, he's headed to Iowa.

Another 4-star Michigan misses out on. Not looking good for the end of this recruiting class.

waiting on 1 CB in Texas. But all but 1 of the expected LOI are in, including all the biggies. phew.

 

Niklas fax is in too. Love taking CA recruits from Southern Cal.

Jalen Brown. He was snowed in and actually took a picture of his signed LOI and e-mailed it to Notre Dame to complete the process.
