It's the same as the mighty Houston Cougars.

Well they are both stealing it from Wichita State.

A bunch of tweets that Pryor has quit the football team. Hey at least he got to play in the Sugar Bowl, have they already passed out the rings for that yet?

ESPN has confirmed it.

Yep; says he is considering the supplemental draft, but with the labor uncertainty he might consider the CFL or working with a personal QB coach first.

Who wouldn't want to see Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones and receiver Ryan Broyles, down a point to Texas in the Red River Rivalry, keep their comeback alive by hooking up for 17-yard gain on a skinny post?

Well, Texas and their fans, for starters.

Latest tweet from ESPN's Michael Kim:

ESPN's Outside the Lines: Terrelle Pryor made $20,000-$40,000 autographing memorabilia, according to a former friend who witnessed it.

NCAA has found checks given to Pryor from a memorabilia dealer. OSU is so [expletive].

death penalty death penalty death penalty.....

It won't happen, but a guy can dream, can't he?

What's the worst possible realistic punishment? I'm thinking a 2 year postseason ban and a reduction in scholarships for 2-3 years would be the worst thing the NCAA would dare give them.

That would be what USC got, I think they will be getting a little worse than that.

Apparently at Ohio State you can enter your senior year without declaring a major, because thats what Pryor was planning on doing.

I'd be extremely pissed at Terrell Pryor if I were a clean OSU player. The dude didn't care that he was breaking the rules and putting everyone at risk, and now instead of being a man and accepting punishment, the coward is fleeing the first chance he gets and will likely never face a punishment.

What a piece of crap. I hope he never makes the NFL, or if he ever does, turns out to be a bigger bust than Ryan Leaf.

It would be impossible for him to be as high a draft pick or get nearly as much of a guaranteed contract, so there's pretty much no way he could be a bigger bust than Leaf. Probably more like Maurice Clarett.

I would think a bit more. Seems like they have more on the school in this case, but the actions are a bit less blatant (Weren't Bush's violations in the million dollar range?).

It would be great if it were more scholarships taken away and a 3-4 year post season ban, but I don't think the NCAA has the balls.

The NCAA has already said they need to make a statement. I think Bush might have been a couple of hundred thousand and a house or so, but they only got hit with 1 player. This is looking like multiple players, acknowledgement by the coaching staff/compliance department, and lying to the NCAA about it. Plus the University is on alert already because of violations by the Basketball team, though USC I think was in the same boat from OJ Mayo. It all depends on what infractions they actually get hit with.
