In 11 games since the trade Landry is averaging 17.2 pts and 7 rebs on 53% shooting and is getting to the line 5.6 times a game which would be top 25 for this season. Pretty good for playing without much help in the post whatsoever.

Oh and for the record I have moved on from the trade. Still not overly happy about it but it is what it is. This is simply me bragging and being happy about a Boiler who is doing well.

Time for some Scola love. He had 44 pts tonight. I would have been willing to bet he would never have a 40 pt game. He just isn't a flashy guy who takes enough shots to do it. He has been absolutely terrorizing the last five games. With this game he is averaging 26 and 15 in that span. The 44 pts obviously skews it a bit but in those five games he has score 20+ in four and in the one game he failed to do so he scored 19. He also have a double-double in every game and has three games with 15+ rebounds including a 21 rebound performance. I would say Scola is a very early POTM candidate.

that's awesome. god i hate kg so much

eff both of those guys

i love seeing people get in washed up kg's face, but i don't think you're allowed to talk [expletive] when you're shooting under 37%

Lots of things are possible when you play the 09-10 New Jersey Nets.

After 13 straight wins, the Mavs lose at home to the Knicks by 34 points. How the hell does that even happen?

lollll so many people lost money on this one

I don't know how anyone can bet the NBA regular season. There are too many games that teams just throw away. I don't blame them either. The season is too long.

If you had the money to start you could easily make lots of money each season. Don't bet the line but rather just the who will win. If you bet 50 bucks each and every game against the Nets you will have won 59 times and only lost 7. Say you only get 50% return on wins that makes the profit equation (59x$25) - (7x$50). That would be $1,125 profit this season.

Obviously the Nets are having one of the worst seasons ever but you could each year wait a month to see who are the worst 2-4 teams and then do this. You would make 3-4 grand a year doing this but you would need the starting capital. Oh and you could do this for each sport, although I wouldn't do it with football (too unpredictable and too few games).

The Nets are worse than 2-1 underdogs most of the time.

Bucks are on ESPN tonight. Not a good feeling about this one.
That was the first time I got to see Jennings. He looked pretty good. Even though they were going in last night, he takes a lot of stupid shots. He's going to get a lot better.

Yeah he does, but he will hopefully learn.

He had 8 three's tonight as well.
