On 7/27, the Cubs and Brewers were tied in the standings. The Cubs were losing and the Brewers were winning.

 

I made a post putting up a Bulls highlight YouTube clip in the game thread which led to many posts of YouTube links of non-Cubs teams that we root for that made us happy. The Cubs ended up coming from behind in that game. The Brewers ended up losing that game. And the Cubs then swept the Brewers in the next 4 games.

 

Let's try that again.

For last year's game 3 I was at a wedding in Ohio and was able to mostly ignore it and get plastered thanks to a fancy-shamncy open bar. The only downside was having to be all suited up in freakish temperatures pushing 100 degrees.
