um...say we are to win tonight...do we play tomorrow or monday, and if monday WHY?

 

We play tomorrow.

 

i was only asking because it doesn't say anything about possible game 4s on MLB.com

The optimism is probably because if they can win tonight, they'll get it back to Chicago, and we have our best pitcher going tonight.

 

And I flat out refuse to believe that a team that's this good-and we are good-is going to get waxed in three straight.

If the Cubs win, at least we get another day

If the Cubs lose, we get laughed at some more. I've been dealing with the laughing my entire life. Oh well.

 

I'm really feeling the "nothing to lose" attitude today. I hope the team feels the same say.

That's the only attitude or approach for success tonight, with such an approach they'll play better and win.

It just started raining here 15 miles northeast of the ballpark.

 

I can't see weather being an issue at the game today, outside of possibly a light mist.

I just want to say that I think it would be hilarious (and awesome) if Lou dropped Soriano to 3rd or 4th in the order tonight.

10 years ago I missed my 10 year high school reunion to go to a Game 3 in Wrigley and saw the Cubs get swept out of the series. In my attempt to change things up I am going to my 20th tonight. Thank me later if we win :D)

Hmm, how many people on here guaranteed we'd win game one, and then guaranteed we'd win game 2.

 

People should put some money up or stop guaranteeing.
