A random question involving the infield fly rule:

 

Say you have runners on first and second with, let's say no outs. The runners are moving on the pitch and the batter pops it up for an infield fly rule, can the runners be doubled off their respective bases? I would assume so but I'm not completely sure.

 

Yes, runners are still required to tag, they just aren't bound by a force play anymore.

Yes, they can still be doubled off.

I believe so. Runners move at their own risk when an infield fly rule is in effect.
