I can't believe Hendry actually thought Edmonds would be worth a damn. Did you see how bad he was in SD at the start of the year? Sheesh!

This I have admittedly been wrong about this year.

1) Edmonds

2) Theriot

3) Dempster as as starter

harden bunts it in the air and doesn't leave the box, council lets it drop and gets the double play

First smart defensive play of the series for Milwaukee. No offense to Harden, but I play in a kickball league and the girls in my kickball league know to run on anything that might be fair.

I don't quite get why that's not an infield fly.

Because if the batter runs the team only gets one out regardless.

Wasn't there only one runner on? Has to be first and second or bases loaded for the infield fly rule to be in effect.

I think he knows it's not one but is wondering why it isn't also considered an infield fly in addition to the current rules.

I find Harden's facial expressions hilarious when he's batting. It's like he's one of us and is thinking "WTF am I doing in the batter's box? I have no chance."

Brewers pitchers are really ticking me off with the bat.

all teams pitchers are ticking me off. its seems the cubs give up several pitcher hits per series now a days

Well that kinda sucked. Lets get Harden some more time in the cage

He is completely clueless at the plate. It's not as big of a deal right now, but there will come a time that it is critical for him to get a bunt down. He should be spending a lot of time in the cage working on nothing but bunts.

1998 Randy Johnson was hilarious as well.
