I hate the was Paterno is handling things right now. He's super surly in his press conferences, and is inexcusably standing up for his crappy QB while throwing the rest of his offense under the bus. He claimed that Morelli was fine against Illinois and would have been better if his receivers weren't dropping balls or failing to make big plays in the clutch. What dropped balls?

 

yeah... i think the one play he was referring to was when quarless "dropped" the pass near the end zone in the 4th quarter, and he didn't really bring in the pass cleanly, but the Illinois LB also made a great play. Apparently your quarterback pissing the ball away four times in the game isn't the problem, it's one dropped pass that wasn't even totally the receiver's fault.

 

well, JoePa can back Morelli all year.....back him right to a wonderful Emerald Bowl berth against East Carolina

i don't know why any QB would want to come to PSU ever. they suck at developing QB's. SUCK.

 

and what happened to our playmakers? derrick williams is a non-entity these days. Dan Connor and Sean Lee are great, but then what? i sure took guys like Hunt and Hali for granted

UK absolutely dominated in the third quarter. i've never seen the defense play that well. they should have scored at least three times in the third.

Ehh, I think UCLA should win (only because the game will be in Pasadena) but I don't blame you for taking ND. It'll be fantastic watching these two offenses set us back 50 years.

It's true...up until last week I wouldn't have even taken ND +14 against Ball State the way BSU's playing.

Anybody know what DT2 channel is? I am in one of those markets where the ND game is going to be shown on that channel (the note on the bottom), but of course I don't know if I have the channel or not without knowing what it is.
