-been arrested for a DUI in which he resisted arrest and fled from the police who had to use a stun gun on him.

 

-was suspended for 2 games without pay for a confrontation with Sergio Mitre.

 

-received a black eye from Randy Messenger last year.

 

-got into a dugout dispute with Miguel Cabrera.

 

-got into a dugout dispute with Joe Girardi.

 

-fined in June for making an obscene gesture in Milwaukee.
