So, Gorzelanny up, Blanco to the DL. That leaves Miles and Soto to come up. Would these be the next moves then? Soto up, Shark to Iowa Miles up, Fuld/Hoff to Iowa at some point? That's beyond frustrating. No way Miles deserves a roster spot over Hoff or Fuld. Are the cubs even willing to spend 3 weeks or so without a CF backup?

Does this mean BJ Ryan isn't going to be coming up to the majors?

The Jeff Baker trade was really unnecessary. There is no reason to have both Andres Blanco and Jeff Baker on the bench. It should be Johnson, Hoffpauir, Hill, Fox, and one of Blanco/Baker/Miles

I think most posters finally got fed up with the game threads and decided to never go in there. The lack of Cubs talk in general is appaling. When I click "View New Posts", the majority of posts are non-baseball related. well fortunately most of the people who ruined game threads seem to have disappeared (along with everyone else) Finals? Yeah I am in the middle of finals and that's why I haven't been around. I'll be back consistently in a week or so.

Any chance we send Gathright down Friday and not scales?
