Seattle has pretty good pitching but a terrible offense. They've scored over 150 fewer runs than the Cubs this year

Kirby horsefeathers the bed in the first inning yesterday and was out after 3.1 against the Brewers.  He threw almost 40 pitches in the first and they hit at least 3 five hoppers that went for hits.  It was infuriating to watch in person.

What are you trying to set them up to score 30 this weekend?!

Why is Seattle favored?

Boyd's under the hood numbers have not been great?  The Seattle pitcher's numbers look pretty good large sample size.

Seattle's the most obviously better than their record team in the league and Safeco's a tough visit regardless.

This is very much a road trip where you're hoping for a split (1 in Seattle, 2 in AZ?) and 2-4's pretty understandable.

Brewers are vs. ATL and @NYM in the next 6

Guessing we see Miller shipped back to Iowa today along with maybe a 10 day reset in Iowa for Rolison to accommodate Rivas/ Palencia.

Philly just won again.  W7

We can’t afford to play at an expected level for the rest of the season.  If 2-4 is understandable, we’d better go 4-2.

Other teams will exceed expectations down the stretch.
