I’ll be enraged if Seiya’s knee injury is serious. His bat finally wakes up and now this horsefeathers. The offense lives and dies with him.

The three big contract guys who make up most of our infield have been absolutely atrocious recently.  That needs to change.

By change, I assume you mean they need to start playing better. Because the players they have there are going to play most of the time. None are being relegated to the bench.

I'm fine with that. If he was going to be in the lineup at all, that suggests it's very minor. Better safe than sorry.

Or he was fine until he injured his knee worse by tripping on a lego playing with his kids. You never know with this team's luck.

I know the Cubs already have a crowded infield but I wish they had a way of getting CJ Abrams and moving Nico to short... and air dropping Swanson onto the Cardinals

My money is on the Brewers getting Abrams. Hoyer won't put his hat in that ring.

It'll make me sick if they get Abrams or Skubal... unfortunately, this might be the year where they trade some prospect capital and go for it.

PCA leads all position players in fwar since May 1. Whats really great is he has a xwoba over 400. The man is really locked in. If he keeps hitting like he has been he will challenge a 10 war season.

Speaking of WAR, Ben Brown is quietly on pace for a 4-5 win season
